Tips for Webquests in the Classroom

Webquests can be used in the classroom as a creative way to teach a content area.  Here are some tips on making and using a webquest.
1.  Webquests are a great way to introduce a new unit.
2.  Have a clear objective when creating a webquest.  This will guide what websites you look at and keep your questions focused.
3.  Keep your websites appropriate for the age of your students.
4.  Make sure some of your questions will get your students fussing about the material.
5.  Webquests can be done in the class or as homework.
